Insl-Tile Acrylic Epoxy Coating

Description:
A 2-component, 4:1 mix ratio, high gloss system that is a superior catalyzed coating for walls and other surfaces combining the resistance properties of solvent-base-epoxy along with the color and gloss retention of acrylics.

Suggested Uses
Use on wood, concrete, plaster, primed and previously painted metal. Ideal for use in schools, hospitals, food processing plants.

Insl-Tile Clear Epoxy Sealer

Description:
2-component penetrating epoxy primer sealer, saline modified for outstanding adhesion to concrete.

Suggested Uses
Concrete floors, revetments, primer for trac-blasted floors.

Insl-Tile Activated Epoxy Coating

Description:
A 2-component, 1:1 ratio, activated polyamide epoxy. Insl-Tile is a durable, flexible, chemically resistant finish for interior or exterior surfaces exposed to corrosive environments. Insl-Tile has been proven by years of exposure to fumes or splashes from solvents, acids, alkalis and moisture.

Suggested Uses
Machinery, masonry, floors, walls, concrete, steel, tile, fiberglass, porcelain, wood. Excellent for use in food processing plants, water waste treatment plants, power generating plants, and marine service.

Colors
Clear, White and bases to tint over 3000 custom colors.

Finishes
High or Semi-Gloss (by choice of B Component)

Insl-Tile 100% Solids Epoxy Coating

Description:
A 2-component, 1:1 ratio, self leveling epoxy resurfacer for protection of concrete and other horizontal surfaces in heavy use environments. EP-5200 has a ZERO VOC rating as it contains no solvents. This system has outstanding impact, chemical abrasion and chemical resistance, making it ideal for use on industrial floors that endure heavy foot traffic or are exposed to material handling equipment. This high-build film product produces a high-gloss, tile like finish. The low odor makes this product perfect for use in food processing plants or areas where food products are stored and other occupied buildings.

Suggested Uses
Floors exposed to heavy foot and rubber covered wheel traffic, as well as occasional chemical spills and splashes. Also, floors where odor and flammability are of concern at time of application. Ideal for use in high traffic areas, nuclear waste water treatment facilities, pulp and paper, and petrochemical plants, garage and airport hanger floors, manufacturing and warehouse floors, etc.

Clear, Light Gray and White. Other colors available as special order.
